I ordered their best seller which is KBL ✨ It was indeed delicious, I just got there from my continuous trip (commute ) and that soup of meat and veggies was very energizing for me ✨🥰 I also love their mango shake, not to sweet and not watert. It was really refreshing with that 35’C heat outside. Price is just and the portion is enough for 1. Thank you, Wawa, my last meal in iloilo was great beacuse of you ♥️🥰

I love their black coffee! Their food tastes good with affordable price. The antique feel of the place gives me chills reminding of the old times on how our ancestors live using the charcoal tyoe iron, bayong and other native displays in the restaurant. We went late around 8pm but still they accommodated us.

Natural, tasty, healthful, and just right amount (hara. Hachi bu) of ensalada eggplant, fried butterflied milkfish and laswa (Ilongo vegetable dish). Wawa Heritage Restaurant., Iloilo City is a rustic, not extravagant heritage home with lots of native materials. The semi-open dining area IS AIRY! Has a roof of woven palm leaves, bamboo slat floor and adorned with hanging bamboo plant holders, as well as old-fashioned tin pots that I think serve as lampshades. Since we eat at this place and we and the staff need to stay clean, #LooReview is in order. 4 stars. Clean, well-ventilated, well-lit, bonus handheld bidet but that, faucets and, etc need maintenance, and the handwashing station lacked hand soap.

visiting iloilo? i am recommending to try this restaurant... lunch or dinner is fine... we had our lunch and surprisingly we had the entire place for us. :) we dine at the 2nd second floor, alfresco but still covered against the heat of the sun... the place is formerly an old rundown/burnt storage house that is now renovated to be a restaurant and fixtures you will see are majority if not all recycled products...

It's a one-of-a-kind place, that's for sure. Visit this heritage café & restaurant if you want to learn Iloilo's history, eat Ilonggo food, and observe Iloilo products. Everything is well thought of, creative, and artistic. And I haven't used a single piece of plastic there at all. Plus it's budget-friendly!

Love the place. Its reminds my childhood. All the old stuff displayed on the restaurant. Native and antique motif. Creative owner. If you like old history and old stuff dont hesitate to visit wawa restaurant. Food are good too. You feel like you eat in a city jungle. 😁 …

Good food, good ambiance - overall, it's a great place to chill. It's best to go here on weekends where the street ain't that busy. There are tons of bibelot and trinkets from the old days which makes going there worthwhile.
